In-Person Consultation

Let's chat in detail about your landscape & gardening techniques! 

During consultations, our experienced habitat designer will visit for up to 1 hour, to answer your gardening questions, discuss the health of your landscape, identify invasive pressure, and talk about landscape management to best support habitat design and maintenance. 

Eco friendly is our #1 priority, however we like to find the middle ground between a lovely landscape and a healthy functioning habitat. 

We can provide consultations in Northern VA, DC, & Southern Maryland (DMV) 

Our office manager will contact you to schedule your consultation after purchase. 

We encourage you to prepare with your favorite note taking tools! 

Important to Know:

*We do not encourage "plant plopping". This means suggesting random plantings.  Cohesive, thought-out, planned installations, even if DIY, is very important to the success of your garden.

*We work with 99% local native plant species and do not encourage the use of cultivars 

*We will identify invasive plants within the landscape, and it is not to "judge your landscape", but to help you with management techniques and alternatives.
